I will post a thread about the build once I start which should be tonight or over the weekend. I have yet to get hold of some 12v batteries and resistors.

yeah I also use LED lights on my stuff. However, they are from the aquarium that I previously had for my turtles. My turtles died, one by one, and I have never replaced them. So I kind of recycled the lights from the aquarium and used it on the plants. Although I don't know if I should be using them. Or if I should be getting something else for the plants.

light is light, the spectrum is what matters. i like leds better than cfls of mh lights, because they dont dry out the plants as fast.
anything that i post here is fictional, for my entertainment, and not to be taken seriously.
