I am a new member here, but I recently ordered 2 plants from Arena Ethnobotanicals, and thought it may be helpful to some to post a review of my experience.
I ordered my 2 plants (they are rooted cuttings, but as is said on the description for the store, they are VERY well-rooted) for something similar to $75.00, plus 2.99 for a heat pack. I paid 25.00 for Express Shipping (they use USPS), and ordered on Dec. 20th, 2010. The plants were shipped on the 22nd. The plants arrived on the 28th, which was very late for express shipping. HOWEVER, this was a USPS holiday shipping issue, and in fact the USPS this year issued refunds for Express shipping shipped between the 22nd and the 25th. I called the contact number at the web site, the following day (the 29th), and explained my displeasure with the shipping time. The man that answered was actually on vacation, but stopped by the office to do paperwork. Though he hadn't received the refund for shipping from the postal service, he happily offered to tender me a refund, even though he was on holiday.
The best part: the heating pack was huge and still warm, and the plants were each at least 6 inches tall each, well branched, and had full-sized leaves on them. They had roots that were beginning to escape the bottom of the pots! I harvested some of the large leaves, and pinched to promote adequate branching. They were GORGEOUS, not wilted in the slightest, no brown marks or damage.
Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience, and the only problem I face is that I don't know the strain that was sent to me. I'm a happy customer, and have no problem endorsing their site, given their customer service and quick turnaround alone.
I hope people looking for a reliable ordering site find this review helpful.
Edit to above post:
Found out that Arena sells the "Blosser" strain, so that is what I have.
