will try it out when the time is right and keep ya posted. I have the feeling that there is very little demand, but who knows...

There is. It would be better to find a local smokeshop that sells extract and ask them if they know anyone that's interested, or if they would post a flier for you (or us!).

Yeah, there are very few growers out there. It's worth checking for, but will be rare.

Ok, I'm trying to contact a grower who advertised on Craigslist in the Inland Empire (California), San Bernardino to be exact. (S)He advertises 1 rooted cutting for $25 and 4 rooted cuttings for $50.00! http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/grd/1837474835.html Now (s)he doesn't mention shipping in the ad but I'd drive to him/her. The ad shows a photo of a small plant with six-inch leaves. Does anyone on the site know who this vendor is? They claim to have provided SD to SoCal since 2007.

I head that some dispensaries that sell herbal things other than weed (the ones not focused on weed) also sometimes sell salvia plants.

Someone should email them for info and ask if they are interested in being advertised here.

Well, I received a reply from him. He says he has only one mother plant at this moment. Apparently his Craigslist ad is a month old but I'm still trying to find out if he's even actively selling any more.

Ok, Matt L replied with "I'll have some ready in a week. They will be of the Blosser strain. "

Since Sylvia is lonely and I'm oooooohhhhh so envious of those of our members who are raising more than one Goddess at a time, I've pre-ordered four plants. ;) I also told him Ulmy extended an invitation for him to advert on the site and recommended that he do so. Haven't heard back from him yet though.

I'll be posting about my purchasing experience and impressions in a week or so, I guess.

Oh, by the way, did I mention there is another SD vendor in North Orange County who advertises on Craigslist? He sells his rooted cuttings for $15. I have no info on shipping charges, but yesterday I did successfully contact this vendor and he says he raises his SD exclusively indoors. Anyways if you do a Craigslist search in Orange County California for Salvia Divinorum it'll pop up.

I won't worry about listing the craigslist exclusive vendors. Anyone interested in local vendors will probably be checking there anyways. However, if Matt L decides to join the forum, that would change things.

It would be interesting to get all of these vendors discussing things on here... so far we have like 4 or 5 pros on here, but they don't contribute much (if anything at all).

I've lurked over the Texas area Craig's lists looking for plants or cuttings locally, but have not had any luck. Only one post a while back about a headshop closing. It's interesting, I would have thought there would be more activity than there is, particularly with it being legal and everything. Oh well. :-)
