Ok. Lets say Canada Does make Salvia Divinorum Illegal. How are Canadian police going to be able to tell if someone is growing Salvia Divinorum or the other 900 varieties of sage. Think of the cost (Tax Money) to even attempt to ban this plant. It is really just ridiculous to even think for one minute we have the resources or ability to ban Salvia Divinorum.

Salvia Divinorum has to many look a likes in the Mint family. Police would be arresting people all the time for growing regular garden sage Wasting lots of time and tax money that could of been used for something productive.

Drug dealers would find out that Salvia is still in demand and would then extract Salvia and spray it onto other herbs just as they do with K2 smoke blends.

Lets face it. We can not successfully ban Salvia Divinorum making this plant illegal will only cause harm and more violence in the drug world giving extra money to drug dealers so that they may buy more guns. NO THANKS.
